Pippin Phase II

Pippin Phase II is a County of Santa Cruz project described as follows:

“Pippin Phase II Apartments will be a new 80-unit affordable rental community for families, farmworkers families, and individuals earning between 30%-60% AMI. Pippin Phase II consist of three, three-story apartment buildings. Site amenities include a community room, afterschool learning center, laundry facilities, leasing office, services office, bike storage, and landscaped open space with children’s playground, barbecue areas and planter boxes. The property is located within walkable distance to site amenities such as public schools, public transportation, parks, clinics and grocery stores. The County of Santa Cruz selected this site as part of their Housing Element certification in 2006 in order to meet their required Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA). This a high priority project for the County of Santa Cruz.”
