“Pre-application for a lot line adjustment with 003-011-10 and construction of a new 3 story, 100% affordable building with 20 SRO units and common area facilities on a vacant lot in the RL/CZ-O (Multi-Family Residential Low Density/Coastal Zone Overlay) zone district.”
