The Journey Home event will be an interactive “walk” home. Participants will be led by staff – case managers and housing specialists- through the journey of supporting a household from homelessness to housed. Refreshments will be served and a Q&A time will follow the interactive walk. This event is perfect for the individual hoping to learn more about the barriers present for an unhoused household and the work that it takes by them and a housing non-profit to support individuals and families to find and maintain stable housing.

The Journey Home event will be at Abode’s downtown SCZ office on 312 Lincoln St. There is a city parking lot a block away or street parking is also available.
