Permanent Supportive Housing is coming to Santa Cruz. What is it?

Housing Matters presents an overview of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and its plans to greatly increase the supply of this type of housing in Santa Cruz County. PSH combines affordable housing with on-site support services for people who need assistance in order to maintain their housing. Participants often struggle with physical disabilities or issues of behavioral health that affect their ability to live independently. Based on national data and evidence-based best practices, PSH has been shown to be one of the most effective solutions for homelessness among this population. The presentation begins at 5:30 pm and is hosted by Housing Matters Executive Director Phil Kramer.

You can join here via Zoom, with the passcode: PSH120
